  Have had many bad experiences here involving incorrect orders, staff fighting and swearing at each other, slow service (pizza is usually 30 minutes late from pickup time), and some issues with sanitation (employee was scratching back down back of his shirt and then proceeded to continue to box up pizza; I saw them send a pizza back out that had already been out with wrong person and brought back in;). I reported the health concerns to pizza hut and they gave me coupons for free large pizzas with the stipulation that we had to redeem them dine-in and only at the New York Street Pizza Hut. I took my family to dinner to redeem the coupon one night and started off having an overall good experience up until the end where two employees started fighting in the lobby and cussing at each other in front of my small children... Will never come back to this pizza hut. I think the majority of their problems are centered around that they usually only have one person working the register and the floor of the restaurant and that person always seems to be scrambling around locating orders and trying to help people... Having more people man the register and the floor in a rush would probably help a lot in reducing the stress on the employees and customers.

  Bad service, unwelcoming, unfriendly, I do not understand which is the problem, it is very obvious they do not want dine in clients!
