  Who knew that the greatest South African pies would be found in Aurora, IL?!? But they are! Honestly, my whole family has been loyal customers since they opened because all their food is from scratch, top notch ingredients and great prices. Their sausage rolls and beef pasties are delicious and the sweet pies are perfect. If you ever get the opportunity to order the lamb bunny chow (only on very selective Saturdays) DO IT! The fresh bread that comes with it and the tenderness of the meat are unreal...I'm drooling thing about it:) Also, awesome customer service!
  TIP: Call ahead about 30 minutes before to place your order so you can get them as fresh as they come.

  Pie Boss is truly a rare gem in a forgotten part of Aurora. Everything is great. The pies and the pasty are delicious! I just wish i didn't live so far.

  Unassuming establishment with such great food. Pies made fresh, or better yet, call ahead to get your pie made to order! Savory and sweet varieties available.
