  So i used to work for JJ's not this one. I know how crazy hectic it can be as a driver and sandwich maker! Last week i had a super duper pregnancy craving for a #6 no lettuce add sauce add jimmy mustard. When my sandwhich was delivered i saw that my sandwhich was without tomato and without mustard! I kindly let JJ's know via FB and within 24 hours had recieved a call from the manager apologizing offering to send me a gift card and thanking me for letting them know. That right there is quality customer service. Jimmy John's of S Rt 59, you can count on my buisness for sure. Thank you for taking the time to make the situation right. I appreciate it very much!! :)

  Love the up lifting mood As you walk into the store everyone is very polite and welcoming. service was so fast I thought there's no way this is my sandwich as they handed it to me.

  This Jimmy John's is the definition of freaky fast! I am in and out of this store and the sandwiches are delicious! The customer service is unbelievable and each employee is very helpful with any questions you may have! This store also is great with all catering and helpful with placing orders!

  The delivery time at this store is truly unbelievable. The drivers seem to be familiar with the area and are quick to get me my food. With how busy the lunch rush can get, the management and employees all hold themselves to a high standard and they are great at what they do! I eat or order here for lunch numerous times a week!
