I have never been really impressed with their menu and while the food is decent (I'd recommend the blt if you must come here) it always seems to be a bit pricey for what it is. I think the draw of this place is that it is more of an old-fashioned type of experience with the wait staff (service is usually good), menu, decor, etc. that some people feel nostalgic about. This restaurant isn't horrible but I can't honestly say that I look forward coming here.
They do have good old fashion desert and ice cream options here (though you have to consider the cost in comparison to other similar, perhaps more trendy options) including "the kitchen sink" which is a massive Sunday served in sink sized bowl. If you can eat the whole thing you get a bumper sticker (which my brother has managed to get).April 24, 2017
